AeroFlix is an aerial cinematography business located in Brisbane. The team operates in South-East Queensland using the latest technology multi-rotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to produce creative and cost-effective film for a variety of businesses such as film producers, real estate sales and developers, architects and the construction industry.
The principal, Douglas Wilson, has over 8 years of experience in the film industry and has a team which can deliver an entire film package producing not just raw footage but a fully produced film.
Unlike many other aerial film providers, AeroFlix is a CASA approved UAV Operator (Certificate Number CASA.UOC.0255) which means customers have a fully insured operator with complete liability protection. Copies of AeroFlix Operators and Insurance Certificates are available on request.

Using their skills and adhering to airspace regulations, AeroFlix offer a professional and creative filming experience. AeroFlix operate a top of the line Dji S800 Evo with a Panasonic GH3 DSLR, providing high definition, stunning imagery.
Our chief pilot, Douglas, is not just a qualified UAV pilot but also an experienced film maker. He has a Bachelors degree in Multi-Media Design (UQ) and 8 years of working in the film industry under his belt. AeroFlix also only employs camera operators with significant cinematography experience.
AeroFlix can offer the whole package creating a fully produced film. Our team are highly experienced in using video editing software and motion graphics.
If you plan on using your own production team, AeroFlix can hand over the raw footage just like any specialised cameraman. Or given a bit more time, we can deliver a fully produced film straight to your business, either through the internet, or via DVD or USB.
